Can. Very pale hazy yellow with lasting rocky head and lace. Lemon pastry floral grassy aroma. Medium light vanilla grassy fruity sweetness with spicy peppery lemony finish. Light body and very lively but not fizzy body. Excellent.

Bright straw pour with a short-lived sudsy head. Nose of yeast, hay and some fresh cut hay. Taste has a delicious light citric twang, a bit of bready sweetness. The only disappointment is the mouthfeel, as the carbonation was a bit dead. Perhaps it's this batch/can, but more carbonation would have made this world-class.

Poured from a can purchased at the brewery into the test glass.
A = Excellent clarity, golden backdrop displays meandering carbonation. Quick to exit white cap.
S - Cut grass, lemon verbena, rising bread dough, and yeast.
T - Semi sweet malts, and that verbena, nice herbal component with green tea and white pepper
M - Medium on the palate, a bit more carbonation is needed, missing that prickly feel of a fine saison, finish is nice and dry
O - A very good offering, the light struck part, I understand, there is a certain "green Bottle" touch to this. As that is what the brewer was after, then job well done.
