Poured from a 16 oz can dated 1/11/19 into the test glass
A - Wonderful deep straw color, excellent carbonation, feeding a great white cap.
S - Mild grain bill, Pilsner and wheat by guess, Earthy hops, yeast in the classic Belgian fashion, with white pepper and a bit of funk
T - Follows the aromatics well, add notes of honey and a bit lemongrass
M - Crisp and delicate on the palate, semi sweet start, them a dry wave runs through, the finish has a touch of honey drop
O - A real treat, with all the elements in place, A bit of yeast, strong water profile, excellent carbonation all add up to a beer worth seeking out.
