On March 8th, International Women's Day, Mystic participated in its first @pinkbootssociety beer. A few of our female staff members braved the snow and joined us in brewing Save the Motherland, a Nordic Farmhouse Ale brewed with Kviek yeast and dry hopped with the Pink Boots blend that consists of Loral, Glacier, Simcoe and Mosaic making this beer crisp and refreshing with citrus up front and a slightly bready finish.
