Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a pale, crystal clear, caramel gold coloring with a filmy, clingy, off-white head. Nose of subtle toasted grains, hops resin and bitterness, and subtle floral notes. Flavors are resinous and bitter forward, light and vegetal, with undertones of pepper spice and subtle tropical fruit notes. Smooth and light in mouth, with a melon, floral, and grassy aftertaste. Smooth, crisp finish.
