Poured on draft on local bottle shop.
A: Light sunshine yellow with 2-3 finger white head. Short retention and very little lacing.
S: Slight bit of honey with some nice grassy funk.
T: Follows the nose. Subtle sweetness with some underlying grassy notes.
M: Medium body and average carbonation.
O: One of the few local saisons, and this is a good one. Wish they would bottle it more often.
