Cloudy gold and smallish head.
Tight aroma with a doughy malt with soft spiciness.
Best part of this beer is the flavor. The tartness resembles wild yeast ales. Nice fruitiness is mixed in with a solid doughy malt flavor. There is a brightness to the flavor and an enjoyable tartness throughout, but seems to move to a soft drying at the end. No hops lead to no real bitterness, but this isn't sweet in any excess.
Feel is bigger than I'd expect, almost chewy.
I have no idea if this fits style, but it is quite nice and enjoyable. Unique, fun and worth having another.
