This is a nice beer. Had it 2 months in a growler with little to no aging effects. Nice clear yellow/gold and with a semi-aggressive pour a nice white head. Pleasing phenolic aroma with loads of spice.
More balanced in taste with spice but also a nice layer of fruit up front and that stayed even on the long dry finish.
Appropriately smooth and still carbonated.
A nice drinking ale.

On tap at Burger Moe's in St. Paul, MN. 16 oz. serving in a shaker glass.
Appearance: Color is a pale golden orange. Moderate amount of bubbles and about one finger of white head that settles into a thin creamy layer.
Smell: A yeasty and lightly fruity Belgian style aroma with a scent of spice and fruit. Belgian yeast with some hints of pepper and clove. Malt hints of grains, cracker, and caramel. Dried fruit hints of banana along with citrus hints of orange and lemon. Mild hints of floral hops. A pretty solid Blonde aroma.
Taste: Like it smells, a nice light yeasty and fruity taste with notes of spice and fruit. Belgian yeast with some spice notes of pepper and clove. Soft malt notes of grains, cracker, and caramel. Fruit notes of banana and pear along with citrus notes of orange and lemon. Light background presence of floral hops. A nice crisp taste.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Crisp, clean, and very smooth.
Overall: A pretty solid take on a Belgian style Blonde. Nice mix of light spice and fruit flavors.

Nice drinking Belgian blonde ale. Surprised by the ABV. It drinks much lighter. Slightly hazy but attractive beer. Good Belgian yeast aroma and flavor qualities come through.
