Inspired by one of our most requested IPAs, Nova Vert, we present Super Nova. Hopped heavily with Simcoe, Cascade, and Amarillo adding notes of passionfruit and peach, it builds on its predecessor by being more saturated and with a higher ABV. This is how a supernova would taste if handcrafted — as if, after burning for billions of years, our Nova Vert IPA collapsed in on itself and exploded, releasing all its dank hoppiness in one glorious burst.

Appearance: Pours an opaque, creamy-looking, yellowish appearance with a whipped white head. Decent lacing.
Smell: Gooseberry, tangy citrus, white tea. Oat milk, coarse rustic grains, a couple kernels of sugar cookie.
Taste: Minimally sweet, oat-laden, grainy with a hint of shortbread cookie. Smooth citrus suggesting lemon creme, tangerine and grapefruit with supporting gooseberries. Floral white tea tones with white wine jelly. Faint spritz of alcohol. Drying, sleek oats on the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body with light, soft carbonation for an overall cushiony mouthfeel.
Overall: It's a fine NEIPA, though, truth be told, they mostly all run together for me nowadays.

Hazy pineapple/OJ with a good off white head. Typical tropical, citrusy and berry hop aroma and flavor. Good balance with light bitterness. Medium bodied and fairly smooth.

I like this one. Strikes me as a New England style with a cloudy appearance and a citrusy scent. But it’s got a piney dank flavor profile that comes across west coast style. Mouth watering finish and a mild alcohol presence. A good beer.

Appearance: A quick bubble show builds a two finger head above the cloudy goldenstraw liquid; solid retention and some clumpy lacing
Smell: Peach, pineapple, lime and pine aromatics
Taste: Building dankness, with subtle peach flavors, up front; through the middle, the lime and pine emerge in the dank bitterness with pineapple tones bringing up the rear; surprisingly bitter in the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: WIth a hop blend that predates the haze craze, this NE IPA pushes some boundaries

Look: hazy, orange/gold, big white head, good lacing
Smell: dank tropical, earthy, melon
Taste: melon, peach, apricot, pine, spice
Feel: med body, moderate carbo, soft
Overall: 8% abv. Superb! Pine resin, dank tropical and spice linger. Good bitterness. Damn, that melon, peach and apricot flavor combo is tasty. Another great brew by Parish. Pair her up with Supernaut by Zakk Sabbath and enjoy.

Shipped to me warm from Halftime but refrigerated immediately until served. Poured from a 16-oz can stamped Canne on 02/18/25 to a bulbous, tulip-like glass.
Pours out opaque, hazy apricot-color. A really large pure white, fine bubble head that just doesn’t quit. Serious head, lots of topography, lots of lacing, lots of perseverance.
The aroma is unique also, berries, floral, citrus and resin are all there.
The taste is pine forward also, citrus can be sensed. Nice bitter finish.
The mouthfeel is appropriate for the style as is the carbonation. Alcohol is noticeable on the finish.
Beautiful looking beer with a unique flavor.

Cloud, orange in color...duh it is a hazy!Nice, thick white head that fades to a glass gripping ring of its former self. Nose is pure citrus, tangerine. Taste was initially citrus then a bitterness overpowered the citrus, in a good way. I love the bitterness of this beer!

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. Smelled of orange, grapefruit, pineapple, guava, caramel and resin. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a sharp, piney bitterness.
