The brewers at Parish double dry hopped this with all the Citra that made Ghost so legendary, amped up Galaxy, for even more succulence, and then they turned to the dank side, hitting it with Strata Hops.

Hazy thick pineapple/OJ. Big juicy tropical hop aroma and flavor with lots of melony notes; lightly dank. OK balance; too much Galaxy and not enough Strata. Medium to full bodied and creamy smooth. One at a time is def enough.

Look - Pours a very hazy dirty straw color with a decent head that lasts about a minute.
Smell - Citrusy (hard to place the fruits) with a bit of dankness.
Taste - Citrus, hops, and dankness.
Feel - Nice, but a bit dank.
Overall - Not bad, but I prefer their DDH Ghost in the Machine.

Just when you think Parish couldn't top Ghost in the Machine, they brew Galactic Ghost! Pours the exact color of orange juice. Looks thick like pulpy orange juice but does not have that mouthfeel. Nose is citrus and slightly dank. Taste is same, citrus and dank. The bitterness builds on the backend after a slight delay. Very nice beer
