On tap.
A - Pours a deep cloudy brown with a thin off-white head that stays. Light lace on the glass.
S - Very earthy aroma with a hint of dark fruit.
T - earthy, yeasty, with some dark fruits in the finish.
M - Thin mouthfeel with high carbonation.
O - I'll admit I'm not the biggest fan when it comes to Saisons, but I'm still trying to change that. The first sip really made me pause and wonder if I wanted to continue. As I worked through it, I could appreciate the flavors and twist Circle put on this one. I couldn't see myself having more than one of these, but it was a fun ride.
