Hazy light yellow with a thin white head with decent retention and lacing. The nose is bright with citrus, the nectarines are a little need by how cold the beer is. Honey, mild floral characteristics, moderately grainy. Lacing in the pip that the Upright variation has, thus beer is decent.
The palate opens with a grainy tartness, wheaty, earthy and with stone citrus. Mildly juicy, moderately floral with jasmine and lavender. The mid palate has some of the grainy and spicy flavors with grains of paradise, a little white pepper. Drying on the finish with lingering hop bitterness, earthy in character with a little mint as well. Refreshing beer.
