On tap at The Commons today.
A clear light yellow with a dense, white head that falls off leaving little lacing, this looks solid. The nose is very good. A clean malt character, crisp, firm and focused with a nice grainy character and minimal doughy-ness. Mild Brett character is present, and the grape character is very good too. However, I'd recommend holding onto this for a few months before drinking to allow the funk to sufficiently grow to accentuate the grapes. Refreshing if a little thin on the palate, I'm glad I have a bottle for the summer.
