Butterflies Hovering is a saison with pineapple and Kaffir lime, according to the brewery, which is where I had this.
The look is pretty similar to the other Commons saisons: golden yellow, slightly cloudy, light head.
The aroma is startling: it's cotton candy. Yes, there's so much sugar in the nose that it reminded me of a carnival midway. But the taste does not follow the nose, fortunately. The pineapple is present, the lime not so much. It's lightly tart. It doesn't taste nearly as sweet as the aroma.
Overall, it's a decent beer, but I couldn't manage to ignore the cotton candy smell.
