Big goblet at bier thirty... Glowing hazed dandelion yellow... Nice white head... Light clovey phenol mixes with pear essence... Good smack of lime zest with something earthy I associate with lemongrass.. Extremely drinkable.. Would certainly buy again... Close to a top tier American saison.

poured from tap. Pours a nice medium orange color with a foamy head.
Very good and aromatic aromas of citrus, lemongrass, and pears with a slight touch of spice tones as well.
On the more crisp side than creamy with a lighter feel and flavors of spice, lemongrass and citrus'. No real mid on this to speak of though
This is a real nice sipping saison. Lacks some depth, but it certainly wouldn't be turned away if offered.
