The most understated of the sours at our tasting night, though not quite with the same complexity as the cascade sours. A much lighter, red-fruit sour, with notes airing more towards strawberry and raspberry. A little too thin and watery for my taste, and a little run-of-the-mill for a sour.

Poured crisp and clean into a snifter with a dark orange hue. Crisp scents of citrus got my salivary glands firing and the taste was sour enough to let me know what it was but I didn't make a sour beer face. Definitely lingered in my mouth a little longer than I'd hoped, stripping the lining off my cheeks, but in a good way. Not too bad, not my favorite but I would entertain another on a hot day.
