This is their first bottled beer. Nice presentation, with a long strip of paper tied to the top of the bottle with a thick piece of twine.
Pours very cloudy and murky with an extremely thick white head. Nose is airy, fruity, and citric. Flavor has an earthy citrus on there on firm fashion. This beer uses citra hops. Hence those characters coming into play. At first the carbonation on this was just out of control. Thankfully it has toned down enough that I can appreciate it better now.
Congrats to Yorkholo on their first bottling. I hope you have many more to come.

Had on-tap at the brewery in April 2013.
Appearance - Pours a foggy pale straw/apricot with a finger width of frothy white head.
Smell - Citrus (orange, lemon), citra hops, spicy yeast, black pepper.
Taste - Well-balanced flavour of citra hops, malts, citrus, and yeast. Bit of spice and peppery flavour to the yeast, but not overpowering.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with light-moderate carbonation. Slightly dry finish.
Overall - A well crafted Saison by Yorkholo. The spicy yeast in this batch did not overpower at all; rather, all the flavours were balanced (citrus, hops, malts, yeast, spice), making for a tasty brew.
