A golden farmhouse ale infused with cucumbers brewed to celebrate spring planting season. This beer was fermented with a combination of 4 yeast strains. Result is a moderately spicy crisp beer with a mild cucumber nose and a pleasant cucumber flavor.

A - Pours a crystal clear straw with a 1/2 finger head the dissipates rather quickly (but it was poured from a growler)

S - Pleasant aroma. Typical barnyard funk that you get from sassions but a slight hint of cucumber as well.

T - Wow. Awesome flavor. Very potent. Wasn't expecting it as mild as the aroma was. Quite yeasty with a hint of lemon. The cucumber is there but only on the finish and it is very mild. Would even say you have to be thinking about cucumber to recognize the flavor.

M - Very, very smooth. Slick in the mouth and goes down way to easy. Light to medium body with zero burn

O - Interesting beer. Usually Im not a huge fan of sassions, but they are growing on me. The cucumber in this beer caught my attention so I thought Id give it a try. Glad I did. Very unique and very drinkable. Would pick up again if given the chance.
