Orange color, lightly veiled. Average white foam. Quickly falling down.
Malt in the smell, then rye, flora, citric. Some astringency.
Malty in the mouth, spiciness (from the rye). Again astringency.
Fruit. Pineapple.
Not convincing.

L: Yellow-orange murky with sediment; glorious white fluffy lasting medium bubbled head
A: peppery, fruity esters of exotic fruits but also some grapefruit, some malt sweetness shines through, pretty complex and aromatic
T: starts fruity and sweet but dries out soon, little floral hops noticeable
F: highly carbonated not unusual for a Saison, rather light body, dry on palate
O: A beer with all the typical Saison characteristics: aromatic and dry. I do not get much from the Saphir hops, the yeast is boss clearly. Give it a try.
