Poured from a 11.2oz bottle into glass. No bottling date information found.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Yeast particles abound in the beer. Two finger frothy, bubbly white head settles to thick creamy cap and high ring. Leaves behind sheets of lacing.
Lemon, green apple, and yeasty funk in the aroma.
Initial slightly sweet orange at the onset of the sip, followed by spicy coriander and funky, dry yeast. Green apple at the back end.
Fizzy, medium mouth feel. Good carbonation.
Full spectrum farmhouse ale, with touches of citrus fruit and dry funk. Quite good.

Reviewed from notes. Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a Peg's Cantina snifter.
A: Hazy gold with low visible carbonation. Forms a finger's worth of white head with good retention.
S: Musty, lemon, and yeasty. Biscuit malts and light citrus rind hops.
T: Musty, lemony citric, and biscuit malts. A modest amount of farmhouse funk. Saison yeastiness with black pepper character noticeable but not overbearing. A kick of hop bitterness (citrus, resin, and vegetal) near the swallow, and this bitterness lasts with the musty funk through the hang.
M: Light-bodied, but about average for style. Low alcohol presence and a good amount of carbonation.
O: The hops didn't stand out as much as I'd hoped – or they're absorbed by the mustiness. Either way, they weren't as prominent. This was good, though not anything exceptional.

Poured into a Pint Defiance tulip. Cloudy orange body with a two finger white head. Aromas consist of fresh citrus, slight honey, mild peppery spices, and juicy apples. The flavors include the same notes. Medium bodied with high carbonation that prickles the tongue as it goes down. There is a bit of bitterness at the end.

Poured from a bottle into a room temperature tulip.
A: Pours a hazy gold with a merengue head that maintains throughout and laces beautifully.
S: Yeasty white pepper notes accompany citrus tones of lemon and grapefruit.
T: Tart, peppery citrus fruits, with a mild bitterness on the end but with a clean finish and only a light lingering taste on the palate.
M: Crisp with lots of carbonation, a great palate scrubbing beer.
O: A mildly hoppy saison with a nice balance of yeasty phenols and fruity hops.
