A decent Keller; then it tries to outdo itself by piling in the hops and ruins the finish. Farakeller starts fruity, malty, medium-mouthed, soft; but finally is too hoppy to have with food. I started eating a foccacio, but then decided they weren't good for each other. Not good when an Italian micro doesn't seem to brew for one of the world's best kitchens.
After over a dozen years brewing and being successful in two difficult American styles (Imperial Stouts and IPAS), you'd think Brewfist had more self-confidence in their lagers. But piling in the hops is, to me, a sign of low self-confidence.
Before I say nice things about Brewfist, I'm also going to complain about not finding the English button on their website. They need to get the verbal dexterity thing going better, particularly if they expect to be good enough to export.
The negatives said, Brewfist has lots of well-done Vimeos and visuals on their website. Knowing more about their history would help, but let's assume it is in Italian.
