Another collaboration from Anchorage Brewing, this time with New Belgium. This saison was aged for 24 months in french oak barrels. Poured from tap at ABC. Pours a nice hazy golden color with bright white thin head that leaves a nice lacing as it quickly dissipates. Nose has lots of oak and fruit notes. Flavor summed in one word is juicy. It starts with some tart and oak flavors then quickly bitters and finishes with a nice barnyard earthy funk. The feel is dry and crisp. Overall a wonderful saison.
