This is a beautiful bright Saison aged over the winter in a single Gin barrel from Amalga Distillery. Hints of lemon grass and licorice root, this is the perfect beer to bring in the spring!

375 mL bottle. Hazy pale orange. Smells of gin, herbal notes, yeast, light stone fruit. Tastes of juniper and herbals, oak, sweet maltiness, lightly acidic brett flavors, earthy finish. Medium body. Wonderful.

Lemon peel, citrus, floral, lemongrass, slight juniper from the gin barrel. The flavors really start exploding out of the glass as it warms up. Super refreshing. Delicious!
