Appearance: Pours a cloudy goldenstraw with a full three fingers; great retention with multiple strands of lacing
Smell: Leathery barnyard funk and crusty bread
Taste: Crusty bread forward with a growing barnyard funk; leathery and herbaceous finish
Mouthfeel: Light body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: How nice to have a Brett Saison with a 3.5% ABV; given the trend toward lower alcohol consumption, this style should be getting more attention

It’s an odd one. It’s just really rough around the edges. Like I wondered if it was off. I get notes of lemon and pineapple. It’s definitely what I think of when I think a farm style beer. Low alcohol but seems like it’s more. I do like it.
