Very good batch. This one is aged with apricots, dates, and mulberries in wine barrels. Same color as a tripel. Pours hazy with almost no head. Good amount of carbonation. The funk from the wine barrels is super satisfying. Definitely love the fruitiness and tartness in the flavor. Still don't know what a mulberry tastes like. Pick one up if you see it around.

They execute again with an intricate lovely sour blond that is most drinkable. Worth seeking out. A mysterious taste that includes dates and mulberries.
