Aroma is citrus/citric acid, malts and white bread. The flavor is citrus/lemon, malts/wheat, fruit/berries and a very long and tart/medium sweet finish.

A: Poured into a tulip to a slightly hazy straw yellow topped by a finger of dense white head that fades slowly and leaves minimal lacing
S: Smells of light funk and some sourness along with some light juicy hop notes
T: Taste is light maltyness with some funk and horseblanket. Sourness is there bit is very restrained. It's more on the upper end of tart. Slight juicy citrus hop with some earthy notes but mostly the tartness and horseblanket. Swallow is some hop bitterness along with some nice sourness before the funk comes in again on the finish.
M: This beer is on the lower side of medium in body. The beer has a light and natural feel to the carbonation which is nice and due to the acidity the beer has a drying finish.
O: Overall this isn't a bad beer at all. The level of sourness is pleasant and approachable and the beer has good flavors. It has some nice complexity going on as well. not quite to the level of some other dry hopped sour beers but not the worst either. Worth a try if you see it.

This was poured into a tulip. The appearance was a hazy burnt yellow color with a slim finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Lingering semi-thin white lacing roaming all around the glass. The smell starts off with a nice sour brett to semi-sweet underneath with a nice grassy to citrus to dry woody underneath, still big and lush with a freshness feel sealing everything together. The flavor brings all of this together to impart a super big mouth puckering sour bretty - flavor. Lush sweet to sour aftertaste leading into the finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body, decent sessionable feel about it. Carbonation rides nicely underneath. Overall, as an American Wild ale, it totally works and is fantastic, I would love to have again.

Nose is subtle, save for the obvious sourness, which has a bit of a lactic scent. Otherwise, nose contains light fruits, mainly tropical- pineapple is notable. Flavour is similar, but the fruit is not big and juicy, rather is restrained. Sourness is moderate to high. Moderate carbonation, nice to drink.

Bottle: Poured a clear blonde color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral hoppy notes with nice tart notes which is really enjoyable. Taste is a mix of tart notes with no acidity, light cereal notes with some light fruity hoppy notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very enjoyable and refreshing beer with nice level of drinkability.

Apart from a fizzy-pineapple juice appearance with little beer-appearance after the initial froth, its all uphill.
Fabulous complexity with all sorts of lemons, passionfruit, orange peel, all sorts, vanilla, but it all comes together so well. Think the hops give it a drier crisper finish than some Almanacs, but it's still nice and sour.
WoW
PS the only problem is it is SO drinkable you really ave to savour at the price point.

Easy pour from bottle. Not a fountain.
Not aggressive carbonation. Just right!
Near nuclear lemon yellow colour. With steady bubbles providing a 1/4" initial head fading to a ring around the grass.
Strong grapefruit aroma. Some nice oak barrel presence.
Grapefruit, lemon, peach and oak vanilla and woodiness as a taste profile.
Refreshing light mouthfeel with active fizz. Semi dry finish with lingering sweet lemon flavour.
Overall very enjoyable. Recommended for sour lovers.

-in duvel chalice.

A: Bright lemon peel glow, dense nature with an 0.5 inch weathered seashell white capping that is only moderately lasting. Minimal lace on the vessel.

S: Sour peaches and fruit with some apricots and some sugary grapefruit. Finishes with some orange and pineapple juice.

T: Sour flavor of peach juice and some wet and sour lemon hopping. Grapefruit twang, sour pineapple and apricots with a good level of sourness on the trail.

M: Light to medium body, some oj like pulp and consistency.

O: Overall a great lemony-fruity sour twang and a wet sour hopping of fruity eldarado hops makes for a very interesting hoppy sour that is very smooth in drinkability and outstanding in quaility.

Poured 11/22 into a tulip glass

Light lemonade / straw color with very little white head

Smells of green apple, citrus, funk

Taste prominently features the green apple again, whose tartness balances nicely with lemon. Has a bit of straw, and tropical fruit makes an appearance as it warms.

Really well balanced...the sour isn't overwhelming, but instead is harmonious with the flavors listed above. Dry, refreshing, without being mouth puckering.
