Two inch pure white head on a normal pour. Hazy copper. Persistent ring remaining with curtainy lacing. Fine uniform bubbles.
Grassy citrus, faint funky aromas apricot.
Sour blast initially, low key Brett, prominent oak note and hops.
Dry finish, light body, no alcohol burn.
Really nice refreshing farmhouse.
