Perfect. Perfect... it’s soft, it’s lush, it’s supreme... Imagine your first fantasy that became a reality. Raul says yes please. Raul says gimme more. Imagine your first moment where memory did not conquer reality... I take a sip, I take another... And I’m gone.

Bottled in June 2018, that's all the bottle says.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a semi-bright glossy red color with light pink hues closer to the sides. The head was small, white and foamy and fell off fairly quick with every pour. Moderately speckled lace stuck to the glass nicely.
The aroma had red raspberries with a sweet and tart character playing with some grassiness. Then a floral perfumey quality came in for an odd balance as it wasn't entirely fused together. It was extremely 'in' and 'out.'
The flavor definitely leans towards the tart sour meshing of bringing in that sweet floral and perfumey quality. Absorbent floral sticky sweetness is the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied, perhaps just a touch under. For a sour, there's a decent degree of sessionability to this one. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt good. Slight stickiness.
Overall, one of those "sour ales" that would be an absolute knockout with some aging, but still quite a nice one for a humid Vermont August evening.
