Sour Blonde Ale Aged In Wine Barrels With Raspberries And Spices
Raspberry Sunshine is like drinking a bowl of farm fresh raspberries. Refreshingly tart with a rich and jammy aroma, this brettanomyces-fermented farmhouse ale is perfect for summertime sipping. We aged it for three months in white wine oak foeders, imparting crisp flavors of green melon and a lambic-style minerality to the finish. Pair this berry bomb with grilled corn, herbed goat cheese and blue skies.

Cloudy Kool-Aid red with a bright white collar of foamy carbonation.
This one's seedy and toasty with bright sour raspberry via a lightly frothy body that finishes semi-dry and much more tart than the Strawberry Basil I had next to it. As it warms it becomes more oaky with touches of biscuit.

Perfect. Perfect... It’s soft, it’s lush, and it’s supreme. Imagine your first fantasy that became a reality. Raul says, “Yes please.” Raul says, “Gimme more.” Imagine your first moment where memory did not conquer current reality. I take a sip. I take another... And I’m gone.
