Pours hazy, peach-colored with very little fizz and no head of which to speak.
Smells dry and tart: saison yeast, peaches, and berries. A fuller and more traditional aroma than what you get in most sours these days, and it's very nice.
Tastes like it smells: a wonderful balance between fruitiness and champagne yeast. Acidic up front, balanced out with sweeter fruit nodes near the middle and dry yeast on the finish. Very nicely done.
