Made with astronomical amounts of pluots, plums, nectarines, vanilla beans, and a touch of lactose, this 100% mixed-culture and barrel-aged sour explosion might just warp space, time, and your taste buds.

Appearance: Pours hazy and the color of pink lemonade; the modest head fritters away to a ringlet but leaves plenty of dots and dashes
Smell: Apricot/plum (pluot) and nectarine aromatics; sweet, tart and oaky with a hint of vanilla
Taste: Sweet pluot and nectarine, on the top of the tongue, with the tart side of those flavors emerging as the liquid heads to the back; a touch of vanilla softens, in the middle; after the swallow, the oak makes a statement with the finish both dry and moderately sour
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: I really enjoyed the fruit blend here with just a touch of vanilla that adds a bit of a creamsicle element; the balance of the sweet and the sour makes this quite appealing
