Pours a clear yellow-amber with plenty of foam in the Rodenbach Grand Cru goblet. Lush and tingly on the tongue. Aroma of alfalfa and dry hay.
Quite malty with cereal flavors and a piney hop note.
This is a sweeter sort of Pilsner with lots of malty flavors. More for sipping than quaffing. Quite flavorful with a long resiny aftertaste and flowery nose. From the 16 oz can purchased at Almanac's brewery in Alameda. Canned 01/21/22.
