My first from brewer with the first mover positioning statement: Farm to Table Beer. Brilliant. Alameda CA. Found at Uncorked SFO.
a) Pretty plummy apricot rose color, scant head, typical sour.
s) Big funk start, barn floor, leather, and freeze pressed plums and pluots.
t) Funk, then tart fruit, apricot the sour tempered by honey, finished sharp vinegar/sour.
f) Bright tingling carbonation, medium bodied, finishes sticky and funky.
o) Aged 36 months? Rare craft for an airport pint. Bravo!
