Served in an imperial nonic pint glass
This beer pours pale yellow and hazy. It is topped with an impressive beige head that leaves rings of lacing coating the inside of the glass as I consume.
I pick up vinous notes first. Then I get some sour ones. It has a sour, white wine aroma. I get some underlying apricot and peach.
Nice sourness in the flavor. The apricot and peach shine. Sourness lingers. Very nice
Light bodied with a dry mouthfeel
