a grossly underrated glass of pilsener here. this is clear and radiant in the glass, sunny colored with frantic carbonation and a nice tall head, it looks alive and it glows, its gorgeous. the aroma is very light, but a distinct fresh pils malt base is obvious, with very delicate grassy noble type hops in behind it, some bitterness, a green tea earthy note, and a wonderful crisp lager yeast complexion too. the flavor is awesome as well, with the lager yeast being present more than just in the finish, crackery and dry with the pils malt, but coming on in the middle, giving this a nice round and full flavor, despite the very moderate hop profile in the finish. saaz-esque with dried lime zest and cut grass to it, minerals and even a salt vibe too. this is delicious beer, as crisp and snappy as you can hope for in the style, fully lively with the carbonation, and balanced and drinkable, yet full of flavor. this was one of the better beers we had in here, and one that i think has been severely underrated on here. from a technical standpoint, this is absolutely wonderful.

Had on tap at the brewery in Dogpatch. It was our third brewerey of the afternoon, kind of by accident.
Looks and smells the part with a strong golden color and fresh crystal malt and yeast nose. Taste is crisp and clean and what you would expect. Solid, workmanlike effort. Worth a try.
