Pours a hazy burnished gold in the glass; translucent, close to transparent in thinner portions of the glass. Over 2 fingers of strong white head from a strong pour; retention is very good, and as the head slowly slides down the sides of the glass it leaves behind wide bands of lacing.
Very juicy and light aroma: grapefruit, mango, pineapple, berries, melon. Deeper inhales start to reveal more herbal notes: oregano, pepper, and a light dankness. There is almost no sharpness to the fruity tones. Light honey.
Curious brew on the palate. The nose is well represented, with tropical and citrus notes, dank tones that fade in and out, a peppery, vegetal spice, green peppers, cracker, honey, and grass. Fairly strong orange/grapefruit/lemon citrus note on the second half. Very nicely balanced bitterness, with a very bitter finish. Some caramel. A bit buttery as it warms, however.
Very sharp and lively. Surprisingly dry for the ABV.

Pours hazy copper. Foamy, short, wet, off white head that lasts a while with lacing.
Smells fruity, caramel, citrus and orange.
Tastes caramel malt, fruity sweetness, orange, herbal and floral hints. Finish is semi sweet with a citrus peel and vegetal linger. Medium body and smooth medium carbonation.

Copper colored with an inch of creamy and dense beige on top. The aroma is very bitter tangerine and light malt. I'm tasting exactly what I smell with the very bitter tangerine note lasting throughout the palate and lingering long after the fade. This is fairly bitter and if that's not your thing you should stay away. The mouth is chewy and resinous.

Thanks, superspak.
Very hazy orange-peach color with an off-white color head.
Wow, this actually smells like a damn orange sherbet cone. Just dreamsickle all around. Imagine a dreamsickle alcohol drink garnished with orange peels on the sides. Wow.
This actually tastes a lot like it smells. More bitterness, as to be expected, but it's got this wonderful dreamsickle quality to it that's like a milkshake...perhaps a pineapple orange milkshake. Pretty damn tasty. Slight oily resins do get in the way of that perfection, but it's not too distracting. Very solid.
Very creamy to start, followed by a mild carbonation and a resiny finish.
This IPA is pretty awesome. I'd definitely drink more. The resins seem to tip the balance to the bitter side a bit, which is much like drinking an orange sherbet and chewing hop pellets. Not appetizing. But, by and large it's pretty solid. I'd have it again.

Poured from a 12 ounce can dated 1/17/17 and labeled as 9%. The beer pours a very pretty orangish-amber with a light, two-finger head that leaves nice thick lacing.
The smell is pine resin, lemon zest, orange, grapefruit, and some sweet malt.
The taste is interesting and unique. It starts with pinec resin and some malty sweetness as a backbone. There is some bitter citrus in there as well, mainly orange zest and some lemon.
The mouthfeel is thick and smooth with medium carbonation. There is some oily presence also.
Overall this is a piney, thick DIPA that's enjoyable
