On tap. Pours clear with a slight chill haze. Hints of pineapple and citrus juice on the nose, with a juice forward flavor. moderate bitterness finishes the sip.

12 ounce can courtesy of my friend Ryan Fanselow (ryanlovesyou). Thank you, sir! Canning date of January 23, consumed April 7.
L: Relatively clear with a bit of chill haze. Golden-amber hue with two fingers of white foam. Several strands of lacing line the glass.
S: Red grapefruit, caramel, orange blossom. Some biscuit, lemon peel and flowery hop.
T: Mostly follows the nose.
F: Full side of medium-bodied, oily middle. Big zesty hop punch precedes long, drying, lightly bitter finish.
O: A very good WCIPA that is holding up well 2.5 months from canning. Still bright and expressive with substantial body and a healthy dose of lemon/grapefruit bitterness. Consider me sold.
