North American pale lager brewed using Canadian + European ingredients. The brew origins are Southern German. The use of Bavarian noble hops to provide bitterness and a delicate hop aroma balance the blend of two-row Canadian malted barley, and specialty German malts which, provide the body and a fine lace foam.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly died down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge and lots of specks of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of banana-like esters are present in the nose along with strong notes of pale malts, the latter of which linger into the finish. There is a light amount of bitterness.
T: The taste is a bit sweet and has flavors of bananas and floral hops with notes of pale malts and a touch of sweetness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this lager to be quite unusual in that it showcased aromas and flavors of banana-like esters, similar to what you would expect from German hefeweizen yeast.
Serving type: can
