Sampled at the Best Florida Beer Commercial Competition from a bottle. Possibly bottled from tap (a growler).
A: clear mahogany with small light tan head of small bubbles that fades quickly
S: earthy, woody, roasty
T: roasty, oatmeal, earthy hop, moderate bittering into finish
M: bone dry, medium full body
O: A nice oatmeal stout type of profile, but needs more American hop character to match the American Stout style as specified by the brewery.
