Taste the heat...flavor of a bock...light mahogany color.

A: amber brown body with a thin white head.
A: sweet caramel malt, chiles, black pepper, and herbal notes.
T: One can actually appreciate the red ale aspect of this one in its nice caramel malt backbone. Light on the habanero flavors which is fine with my tastes.
M:Light to medium body and moderate carbonation.
Overall: This beer does an unexpected nice job of keeping both the red ale and chile beer flavors in sync.
