Very light, fluffy body with a perfumy, floral, citrusy blend of wet hops.

Enjoyed at the Farmers Cabinet on 1/27. Poured into a fluted chalise.
Pours an amber golden with a half finger of head that leaves behind subtle lacing. Initial aroma is a huge burst of fresh grassy, citrus hops with a bouquet of nectarines, apricot, mango and tangerine.
Flavors of ripe summerfruit and slight bitterness are quickly balanced by a thin malt presence that does not overpower, but more neutralizes the hops. Slightly thin and watery, but with the ABV this low, it wasnt nearly as thin as I expected. As I work through the glass I notice the hops aren't nearly as powerful as that initial blast and leaves me somewhat looking for more. At the same token, the low ABV allows me to appreciate the subtleties while flying through my pour rather quickly.
Not really sure how to rate this one as I don't think it falls into the saison style very well, or even the pale ale style all that well. Perhaps grisette truly is its own style and I will have to seek out more. Regardless, this is one hell of a session beer and I would love to drink it again.
Solid session beer all around, recommended.

Pours a slightly cloudy, golden orange color with a one finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. The tulip is left coated with sheets of soapy lacing.
Dank, floral hop aroma with a perfumy, piny character that's countered by tropical and citrus notes along with some pale malt. Hints of pineapple, grapefruit, orange peel and tangerine along with some biscuit and strong grainy graham cracker presence.
Medium bodied with a delicate hop presence that lingers throughout, providing subtle bitterness that counter the sweeter fruit notes. Floral with some pine needle and grass followed by hints of pineapple, orange peel and grapefruit. Malt backbone provides balance without overpowering the hops. Hints of graham cracker and biscuit along with faint perumey booze.
