On tap at Farmer’s Cabinet in Philadelphia. Pours a slightly-hazy yellow color with a nice white head. The nose is fantastic with notes of citrus, tropical fruits, and light pepper. Very fruity and crisp. Floral hops come through and are quite fantastic. Really amazing blend plus a touch of pepper. Flavor is even better. The hop blend is fantastic. Loads of floral character with a touch of citrus. Light, crisp body with a light, smooth bitterness. Excellent beer.

Draft at Farmers' Cabinet.
Pours a slightly cloudy golden yellow color with a two finger frothy white head. Good retention, slowly fading into a lasting ring. Soapy lace left behind.
Slightly earthy aroma with a good balance of earthy and citrus hops, light fruit, bread and zesty pepper. Hints of lemon peel, pineapple, straw and peppercorns. Peppercorns are there but they don't overpower everything.
Medium bodied with a nice balance of earthy funk and bitter hops. Funky saison yeast with brett notes countered by citrus hops and dry bitterness. Hints of straw, hay, apple, pear and bready yeast. Peppers linger in the finish but aren't overly spicy or overpowering. Subtle and refreshing with decent heat.
