Bottle. Poured a hazy, golden-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled phenolic, yeasty and citrusy. Nice funky flavor with sharp citrus tang and some caramel sweetness.

Hazy yellow color with very little head. Big CS funk on the nose. Taste is orange, lemon, mineral, lacto, and more subdued musty funk. Moderately sour and moderately dry, with low carbonation.

Fantastic, dry wild bier, pleasant citrus flavor really enhances the dry characteristic.

L: Golden in color with a slightly orange tint. No head and very little lacing.
S: Funk and grain. Some hay. Maybe a hint of oranges if i search for it.
T: The nose is much more funky than the taste. The orange is hidden behind the brett. There is both lemon and orange. The latter shows up long after I take a sip - lingering on my pallet. This is quite sour
F: Light and watery body. This is only slightly dry. Quite puckering and sour
O: This is much more sour than I was expecting. Perhaps that is due to age. The body being watery was a bit of a let down and I wish there was more orange. That said, I like this more than the base beer (St Bretta).

More developed brett and sour character than the fresher St. Bretta's I drank next to it.
