Unfiltered Kölsch
We brew this kölsch in the most traditional way we know how, with all floor malted barely and nothing but the finest noble hops. We leave the beer unfiltered, letting the yeast slowly drop out over time. Draught may still have some yeast present when its first tapped but it quickly clears up for a clean and crisp, refreshing beer.
