Hazy peach color with white head. Aroma is really fruity with apricots, mirabelle plums and a vanilla background sweetness. Taste is juicy and fruity with really nice apricot flavor, medium sourness and light yeast funk. Medium to light body and carbonation. Really smooth and easy drinking, especially for a sour.

Light, golden orange with a slight haze and yeast sediment. Minimal froth. Fresh, peach skin and flesh aroma. Peach is prominent on the palate. Aggressive, puckering acidity. Brett funk with a dry spicy tone. Assertive earthy hop character. As it warms, the acidity, hops and funk calm down leaving more room for the peaches. Moderate body with solid carbonation. Dry, peach flesh, fuzzy finish. Overall, outstanding. Complex with plenty of fruit character. Almost tastes as if the peaches were a part of each process in brewing. Still a tad too acidic, spicy, and hoppy in my opinion. Would recommend letting it warm a tad before drinking.

The body has a brass hue and is topped with a loud, fizzy foam receding to a thick collar and a thin film.

Aroma is lightly sour peach and lemon, and even raspberry, with fine oak and a light cheese funk.

Taste is toasted sesame-like oak, with a balanced sour peach and grapefruit flavor that is smooth, round and delectably crisp with a barely semi-dry finish.

Appearance is hazy golden orange
Thin layer of off-white head dissipates very quickly to almost nothing
Aroma is Ripe Peaches and tart funk
Taste is lightly peachy, some funk, subtle hints of oak, and a dominant tartness
Body is light to medium with nice light carbonation that feels more effervescent than it appears
Overall very very good. More sour than other saisons I've had, but in a good way. The peach is very nice and not overwhelming at all.

There's a fingernail of brilliant white on top. The color is dull copper and the complexion is very murky. The aroma is of freshly picked peaches and lactobacillius. I'm tasting fresh peaches and lactobacillius. The mouth is sticky, chewy, and moderately carbonated.

As the beloved Surette series marches through the trials and tribulations of taste, it finally lands at the precipice of peach. Sour, earthy, fruity and woodsy, the Prunus Persica version of Crooked Stave's golden ale lays a trail of awesomeness.

Golden peach in its color, the beer's heady froth is light, fluffy and arid. As the scent rolls along the nose, its sour scent of citrus, cider and peach. A brisk under current of honey, grain and bread carry a subtle sweetness that's suggestive of marzipan.

But as the flavors bloom on the tongue, a host of tastes reveal. Green apple, lemon, gooseberry and passionfruit lead the way while the sweetness continues to recede. The flavor of peach quickly gains command of taste with its own mango, apricot and cantaloupe nuance and a signature acidic, minerally and pectin zing.

Medium light on the palate, what starts fruity and earthy on the senses finally trails the same way. A short linger of peach, cider, white wine and damp hap lead to an afterglow of fruit and funk.

A: Lots of peaches, followed by lingering sourness light funk and oak.

A: Light orange-yellow color, super hazy, with a thin white head that quickly dissipates into a ring around the glass.

T: Lots of peach flavor upfront, followed by a lingering sourness that's slightly funky with a faint oak presence.

M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

O: Excellent; the beer has a great great balance between fruit aroma and flavor and lingering sourness. The beer is super easy to drink!
