A: Moderate gin and botanicals upfront without being overbearing, followed by a tart sourness.
A: Light blond color, totally clear, with a thick head that has solid retention. There is some lacing in the glass.
T: Botanicals and gin barrel presence upfront with a tart light lingering sourness through the finish.
M: Medium-light bodied, very faint acidity, with moderate carbonation and a very soft mouthfeel.
O: Very solid; the beer is well executed, with the gin and botanical presence is well balanced and not too strong. Tasty and one of the better iterations of incorporating gin aroma and flavors.
