Dark brown in color with a murky complexion. There’s a fingernail of beige around two thirds of the rim. The aroma is of tart cherries, brettanomyces, and sweet bourbon. The flavor is bitter cherries, brettanomyces, vanilla, and bourbon. The mouth is dry and moderately carbonated.
