Deep brown to light black in color. Exceptionally murky with a fingernail of brown around the rim. The aroma is of raspberry, horse blanket, and barnyard funk. I'm tasting tart raspberries, horse blanket, and an earthiness. There's also caramel and vanilla in the back of the palate. The mouth is dry and moderately carbonated.
