Poured from 12oz can into glass. Bottom of can is stamped 'HOP SAVANT BATCH 29'.
Cloudy, straw colored body. One finger of creamy, fluffy white head. Each sip leaves behind scattered patches of lacing.
Aroma of floral hops, with some citrus. Brett yeast is clearly present, as horse blanket funk, but not too much.
Taste is similar to the smell, with citrus and floral hops joined by the Brett yeast. Slightly tart and spicy. Dry finish.
Medium to full mouth feel. Good carbonation.
Well balanced Brett influenced IPA. Quite tasty and a treat to try.

Ipa, wild ale, whatever. This is freaking delicious beer. I wish I would have bought more than 1 four pack. Now I can't find it anywhere. Very unique and well made. I hope I run across this again. A pleasure to drink.
