Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Yellow Session. Aroma is malty with balsamic syrup and dark fruit notes. Taste is sour, woody, fruity, bitter on the finish with nice barnyard funk throughout. Complex and tasty yet well balanced.
