Bottled 2016, consumed 06/20/20. Bottle no 443/588.
A&S: Tiny amount of fizzy head dies out quickly. The beer at first transparent, but becomes murky with the sediment at the bottom mixed in. Beer is a light maroon color. Tart cherry aroma.
T&S: Pretty straight forward cherries upfront. Tart not puckering sour. Crisp with mild carbonation, and light-medium body.
Overall: Maybe 4 years was too long for this one, the flavor was just a little too subdued for me and I didn't feel like the complexities were brought out much. I wasn't blown away by this beer, but I enjoyed it. Wouldn't seek it out for the price $25.
