Cute idea. Something on the lighter side, as CS has been usually canning these days. Jammy taste, though expected more on the mouthfeel. Jammy nose. Thanks for the hookup, Jason B.

On draught at Old Chicago.
Pours a hazy orange red with a tiny head of foam, near zero lacing.
Smells of raspberry and wine like sourness. Some barrel notes, light oak, woody.
Raspberry tartness up front and delicious. Wine like character from the barrel aging. Hint of Brett. Oh yeah, that was in the smell as well.
Light body with medium carbonation.
